The Challenge
Create a successful subscription-based instruction community model in a crowded field of free golf instruction content and options.
STRATEGY
We targeted Parker McLaughlin, PGA tour winner and current player, known as the Short Game Chef. We created a platform and digital library comprised of Parker’s short game chef lessons, and a digestible library to easily navigate and learn his approach to improving your short game in golf.
ACTIVATION
A paywall subscription community for players of all levels to consume, learn, and engage with Parker and his 9+ hours of tips, training, and guide to improvement.
RESULTS
Tripled Parker’s social footprint < 12 months.
A 7 digit annual revenue generator by end of year 1, and a legacy evergreen platform for Parker to utilize his vast knowledge to golfers that can be monetized through subscriptions, sponsorship, and events.
